  • What if there is bad weather or an emergency and I have to cancel?
    At Pix2Shine Booth & Rentals, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of bad weather or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. While the non-refundable deposit is retained, we will work with you to reschedule the booking for a future date or explore alternative solutions, ensuring you still get to experience the magic of Pix2Shine Booth & Rentals at your special event. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs during challenging times.
  • How long does the rental period last?
    Rental periods are depending on each package. Additional hours can be added for an extra fee. Just let us know your timeframe, and we'll ensure the experience lasts as long as your celebration does!

    Absolutely! Pix2Shine Booth & Rentals offers customization options, including personalized backdrops, custom logos on prints, and themed props. Let us know your vision, and we'll work together to make your event uniquely yours.
  • Does Pix2Shine Booth & Rentals have insurance?
    Yes! We are licensed and insured. We can provide proof of insurance to the desired venue via secured email if given at least 3 days notice.
  • Are there additional charges for setup and delivery?
    Nope! Setup and delivery within our standard service area are included in our packages. If your event is outside this area, additional charges may apply, but we'll discuss all details during the booking process. Pix2Shine Booth & Rentals required at least 45 mins before the booked start time to set up. This time is included in each booking. Set-up time longer than an hour will be billed for idle time.
  • How quickly can we get our digital photos after the event?
    Your digital photos will be ready in a snap! We typically provide a link to download the high-resolution images within 24 hours after your event. Instant memories, just a click away!
